We understand that your plans may change and the best way to deal with this is to call us immediately and we will do all we can to help change or cancel your stay with us.
To reserve a room, we require a deposit of £25 per person. Please note that making a booking, either verbally, by e-mail or in writing is a legal contract, which both parties must honour.
If, for whatever reason, you need to cancel your booking, then we would be grateful for as much notice as possible.
Any advance deposit paid will only be refunded if the accommodation is re-let and may be subject to charges for postage and expenses.
We will charge the first night accommodation if you cancel your booking less then 48 hours before arrival unless we can re-let the room.
We will charge the whole amount due in the event of a “non arrival”.
